Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) is a water conservancy district organized and existing under the Utah Water Conservancy District Act. The district is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified Design Professionals to provide Professional Design Services (procurement item) for the Advanced Water Purification (AWP) Demonstration Facility and Conservation Garden Project as part of the Regional Reuse Purification System (System) (procurement item).
Project location: LaVerkin, Utah.
Scope of work: The proposed scope of work is included as Attachment A to the Request for Statement of Qualifications, which can be downloaded at wcwcd.gov/procurement or through the Kahua Bid Room.
Due date: Statements of qualifications must be received by the district no later than Friday, January 23rd, 2026, 5:00 pm.
Additional information: The district will manage this solicitation through the Kahua Online Bid Room application (Kahua). The district strongly prefers that submissions and questions be made through Kahua. Please see the Vendor Guide at wcwcd.gov/procurement for instructions on accessing Kahua. Vendors who are unable to use Kahua may submit responses to the solicitation via email.
