The Washington County Water Conservancy District employs dozens of highly skilled and ambitious Southern Utah residents. The district is dedicated to the principles of equal employment opportunity and prohibits unlawful discrimination against employees and applicants for employment on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.
Dave Buckingham, Human Resources Manager, is the civil rights coordinator for the district, responsible for overseeing compliance with equal employment opportunity laws and investigating complaints of discrimination.
