| Project Description | NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR RIGHT OF WAY (ROW) SERVICES FOR THE REGIONAL REUSE PURIFICATION SYSTEM The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) is seeking proposals for Right of Way (ROW) Services for the Regional Reuse Purification System (System). A copy of the Request for Proposals is available at wcwcd.gov/procurement. Project details: The System will use a network of new and existing infrastructure to purify, store, and deliver water throughout Washington County. The System includes water reclamation facility upgrades and expansions, an advanced water purifications facility, four storage reservoirs, 60 miles of pipeline, and multiple pump stations. More information can be found at wcwcd.gov/reuse. The project involves acquisition of property rights, coordination with property owners, and preparation of legal documentation necessary for securing the required ROW. Project location: Washington County, Utah. Scope of work: The proposed scope of work is included as Attachment A to the Request for Proposals, which can be downloaded at wcwcd.gov/procurement. Due date: Proposals must be received by the district no later than Wednesday, July 30th, 2025, 5:00 pm. |
