Public Notice Request for Proposals for Consulting Project Management (CPM) Services The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) is seeking proposals for Consulting Project Management (CPM) Services for the Regional Reuse Purification System (System). A copy of the Request for Proposals is available at wcwcd.gov/procurement/. Project details: The System will use a network of new and existing infrastructure to purify, store, and deliver water throughout Washington County. The System includes water reclamation facility upgrades and expansions, an advanced water purifications facility, four storage reservoirs, 60 miles of pipeline, and multiple pump stations. More information can be found at wcwcd.gov/reuse/. The district plans to utilize CPMs to manage various project packages from design through construction. Project location: Washington County, Utah. Scope of work: The proposed scope of work is included as Attachment A to the Request for Proposals, which can be downloaded at wcwcd.gov/procurement/. Due date: Proposals must be received by the district no later than Friday, August 15th, 2025, 5:00 pm (MST). Additional information: The district will manage this solicitation through the Kahua Online Bid Room application (Kahua). The district strongly prefers that submissions and questions be made through Kahua. Please see the Request for Proposals for instructions on accessing Kahua. Vendors who are unable to use Kahua may submit responses to the solicitation via email.
