Project Description	PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID Separate sealed Bids will be accepted by the Washington County Water Conservancy District for construction of the Kolob Creek Spillway project at its office at 533 East Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah 84770, until no later 3:00 pm, Friday, August 1, 2025 (MDT). At that time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project is located at the Kolob Creek Reservoir in Washington County, Utah. Major items of work include approximately: • Demolition of the existing spillway, • 400 linear feet of drilling for construction of a grout curtain, • 1,290 cubic yards of earth and rock excavation, • 660 cubic yards of earthfill, and • 218 cubic yards of reinforced concrete.
