| Project Description | Non-Standard Procurement Notice General Environmental Services Consultant The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) will award a contract for General Environmental Services on or after 19th February 2026 as a non-standard procurement because pursuant to rules adopted by the district under Utah Code Section 63G-6a-802, making the award through a standard procurement process would be impractical and not in the best interest of the district, as set forth in the Procurement Statement.
