Project Description

The district is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified design professionals to provide engineering design and construction management services (procurement item) for a booster pump station and pipeline in Hurricane, Utah near Sand Hollow Reservoir.

The District currently pumps water from Sand Hollow Well #4 and Well #2 into the Hurricane Valley Water System (HVWS), a small retail system that services connections at Sky Ranch, located on the south end of Hurricane. The District has identified a regional benefit of pumping these wells into existing culinary storage tanks near Sand Hollow Reservoir to blend and make available with other District water sources. The future pump station will be constructed near Well #4 to boost water from the Sand Hollow storage tanks into the existing HVWS pipeline.

REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS NOTICE (02/11/2025)

The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) is seeking statements of qualifications for Engineering Design and Construction Management Services for a booster pump station and pipeline in Hurricane, Utah near Sand Hollow Reservoir. Statements of qualifications must be received by the district no later than Friday, February 24th, 2025, 5:00 pm. Click here to view the Request for Statements of Qualifications.
