NOTICE: REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS The Washington County Water Conservancy District (District) is seeking statements of qualifications for Construction Services of the Quail Creek Water Treatment Plant (QCWTP) 10 Million Gallon Tank B.
